JOHNSON COUNTY (CBSDFW.COM) - Deputies from the Johnson County Sheriff's office responding to a missing person's call last night may have found a killer instead.
Deputies went to the 5000 block of Country Road 410 to search for an Arlington resident who was reported missing. Once there, they observed a man covered in dirt, sweating profusely as he exited the woods. He was taken into custody on unrelated charges to the missing person.
After searching through the night, and not finding anyone, a K9 team was brought in first thing Monday morning and the search continued and a body was found.
The deceased was found adjacent to a deep hand-dug grave measuring approximately 6 foot in length, 3 foot in width and 4.5 feet in depth. He had dirt from the grave thrown over part of his body. Deputies also found a large marijuana grow house, which included cultivated plants located throughout the property and a large in door hydroponic grow house.
There are two people currently in custody on unrelated charges who are considered persons of interest.
Deputies have not released there names. They have tentatively identified the victim as Antonio Galvan, 45.
