Richardson Corporate Challenge

The City of Richardson kicks off its annual Corporate Challenge today at 5:30...starting with a pizza eating contest at Russo's Coal-Fired Pizzaria on Campbell Road just east of 75. Contestants have to eat a giant 28 inch pizza with 2 toppings in less than an hour. The Corporate Challenge is a 10 day event that consists of different types of competion from volleyball to golf.
