Police Seek Man Who Masturbated In Front Of Victims

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – Police are looking for a man who masturbated in front of three people, including a juvenile, in downtown Dallas last Tuesday.
The victims were parked at 800 Jackson Street in a parking lot across the street from the Greyhound Bus Station when he approached them.
The man began tapping on the window of their car. When the occupants didn't respond or open the window, he stood outside the car for a while. The adult female moved her car to a different parking spot, but the suspect followed and began to masturbate in front of her. The juvenile victim was also present and may have seen the suspect's actions. The suspect fled on foot before Dallas Police officers arrived.
Police describe the suspect as a black male, approximately 25 to 35 years of age, 5'11" and thin. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, dark colored pants and white shoes. He had a blue jersey thrown over his shoulder.
Detectives are asking that anyone with any information about the offense to please contact the Dallas Police Department's Sex Assaults Unit at 214.671.4332.
