Police: "Critical Missing Person" Samuel Heard Returns Home

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) — Dallas police say Samuel Heard, a 71-year-old "critical missing person," is now home safe.
Heard was reported missing around Sept. 18, according to this post from Dallas police. The post says Heard was last seen that day in the 300 block of North Jim Miller Road.
Police say as of Sunday, two days after he was last seen, Heard is home and safe.
