Pickup Hits, Kills Skateboarder; Crashes Into Building
DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - A pickup truck struck and killed a skateboarder and then crashed into the side of a gas station convenience store at I-35 and Marsalis in Dallas Monday afternoon.
The skateboarder was a 26-year-old man who has not yet been identified.
No word yet on what caused this deadly crash or the condition of the driver and people inside the store.
The driver of the pickup was arrested and faces a vehicular manslaughter charge.
The Dallas County Sheriff's Department is investigating.
