PD: Peeping Tom Arrested At NorthPark Center In Dallas

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Dallas police have arrested a man who they say was caught filming women in bathrooms at NorthPark Center in Dallas.
Brandon Turner, 31, was arrested after a woman identified him as the man she saw inside the women's bathroom located in Dillard's department store.
She told police that she noticed two of the four stalls in the restroom were locked. When she entered a stall someone had just exited, she notices a hand holding a cell phone over the stall she was occupying. The victims said she yelled out at the suspect and he ran out of the bathroom.
The victim followed Turner, with the help of another witness, and filed a complaint with mall security.
