One Person Shot In Ft. Worth Road Rage Incident

FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - One person was hurt in a road rage shooting in Fort Worth Friday evening.  It happened on Loop 820 near I-20 during rush hour traffic.

The victim is in stable condition after being shot multiple times according to police.

Fort Worth police say a man and woman were inside the truck. They were driving on East Loop 820 south when another driver pulled up beside them and started firing. Investigators say this was a case of road rage

The suspected shooter took off in what witnesses tell police was a white SUV.

The victim was taken to the hospital, and police quickly shut down the scene of the shooting causing traffic on east 820 south to back up for miles.

Police are asking for help from anyone who saw that white SUV driven by the shooter.
