DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) — A motorcycle parade honoring Stevie Ray Vaughan rolled through Dallas on Sunday. Then parade participants headed to a remembrance concert.

The Stevie Ray Vaughan Remembrance Ride and Concert honored the bluesman and raised money for the Stevie Ray Vaughan Memorial Scholarship Fund. The ride kicked off at 9 a.m. on North Lamar Street, while the concert at Cowboys Red River started at noon. An after-party at Diamond Jim's Saloon was scheduled for 6 to 10 p.m.

Among the acts listed to play the concert were the Levi Platero Band and Jimmy Wallace's Guitar Army "Oak Cliff Brigade," and Chris Babler Blues Band hosted the after-party.

General admission tickets were $25. The proceeds benefited the scholarship fund, which helps students interested in music pursue college educations, established by Stevie Ray Vaughan's mother, Martha, in 1993 at the Communities Foundation of Texas.

More information about the ride is available here.
