Man Whose Eye Was Gouged Out Back In Hospital

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) – A man whose eye was gouged out by a random assault is back in a Plano hospital today after his heart stopped.
Landi Dyess' relatives said he is now stabilized but believe his plight is more evidence that the charge against the suspect isn't strong enough.
Dyess' alleged attacker, Shawn Forrest is out on bond, on an aggravated assault charge.
His family said Forrest should face an attempted murder charge.
