Man Trying To Order Pizza Beaten
It happened behind the Pizza Lounge near Fair Park, after 61 year old Hermillo Aguilar reportedly tried to buy some pizza using someone else's credit card. A store employee took Aguilar to the rear parking lot where witnesses say the homeless man was ordered to strip and was beaten for 15 minutes. Officers arrested Aguilar, but now say they will consider charges against the store employee. CBS-11 says Aguilar is still in the county jail, covered in bruises.
