Man Accuses Cleburne Officer Of Assault
Warning: Video contains vulgar language
CLEBURNE (CBSDFW.COM) -- Donny Hinshaw was arrested last month after Cleburne police say he was involved in a hit and run. But now, Hinshaw is flipping the script on police, accusing the arresting officer of assault.
In a video posted to YouTube, an officer is seen pulling Hinshaw over following the incident. As the officer approaches, Hinshaw exits the vehicle.
After exchanging words with the officer, Hinshaw is tased by the officer and placed in handcuffs on the ground.
Cleburne Police, meantime, say they have not received a formal complaint, so they cannot comment on the matter.
