Liquor stores could be opening their doors soon in Colleyville as business owners apply for permits...following that cities approval of of the sale of liquor in May. This could be a growing trend as more cities petition against "dry" areas. Dallas residents will get to vote on 2 proposed alcohol sale laws in November...One permits the sale of beer and wine..but not liquor...at stores throughout the city.
