Lancaster Firefighter To Be Buried Today
For the second time in a month, Lancaster is saying good-bye to an emergency worker today. Last week, firefighter Joel Otwell died from injuries suffered in an off-duty accident. His funeral is at 10 a.m. at Denton Bible Church where he was a long-time member. Just a month ago, Lancaster buried police officer Craig Shaw who was gunned down in a Father's Day shooting committed by the adult son of the Dallas police chief.
