KT's Super Bowl Trip Overview

Just wrapped up the Wednesday show, and things have been rocking along nicely as the convention center got a little busier.

Last night we went on an adventure to the media party in Phoenix. It was at the Bird's Nest at the Waste Management Phoenix Open. Basically right beside the party hole at that golf tournament. If you're not familiar it's a Par 3 where everyone parties. One of the real achievements of professional golf over the last few years.

They had dancers with fire sticks, crazy exotic violin players, a DJ, free food and drinks, and the headlining band was The Kongos. They're sort of a new band, and although i'm not a huge fan of their hit single, overall I enjoyed the set.

We decided to turn in early though, after staying up late on Monday night. Wednesday is well known to be the day when things speed up so we needed our energy.

I'm hearing rumors of a trip to the casino tonight.

For our show, we've got tons of guests booked up for Thursday and Friday. Lots of secret guests expected as well.

Deep down I can't stop thinking about Fan Bowl though. One of the best parties of the year, this Saturday at Redneck Heaven in Arlington. The broadcast roundtable schedules have been released. It's a weird conglomerate of the personalities from The Fan. It's always fun to broadcast with people that you don't normally broadcast with and I guarantee it'll be a fun three hours of fun before the hosts compete in the Fan Bowl championship.

Last year the retired Brendan Smith won, so the title belt is up for grabs. Should be fun, and can't wait to see all of you there.

More to come, after another adventure tonight. Take care, I love you.
