Jury Service Phone Scam Happening In Denton

DENTON (CBSDFW.COM) - A phone scam in Denton.
Denton Police say the caller identified himself as Detective Paul Guest.
He tells the victim they have missed their required jury service and a warrant is about to be issued for their arrest.
The caller has said he's a representative of both the courts of Judge Robert Ramsay and Judge Mary Horn.
The man says the person can pay a fine and a warrant will not be issued for his or her arrest.
Denton Police warn citizens this is not a legitimate representative of the court and not to set up any type of payment that is requested by this person.
