Heating Up Before Another Shot at Storms
Another warm and calm day for Monday in DFW. Winds picking up overnight and continuing through tomorrow.
SEVERE WEATHER THREAT TONIGHT IS WELL WEST
The threat for severe storms for this evening and tonight will stay well west of North Texas. Most of these will be in the Texas Panhandle with chances of small hail and strong winds.
SEVERE WEATHER THREAT TOMORROW
The threat will stay to the Northwest and North into Oklahoma City and Northern Oklahoma.
SEVERE WEATHER THREAT FOR WEDNESDAY
With the severe weather starting in Oklahoma and moving into the area later Wednesday, there is a slight risk across the northern parts of North Texas. As a cold front pushes through North Texas, there will be chances of storms in the area with coverage increasing overnight.
THURSDAY - The cold front will continue moving through North Texas causing slightly cooler temperatures and winds shifting out of the North. The chance of storms will be mostly south of I-20. Partly cloudy with a high in the lower 80s.
FRIDAY - Mostly Sunny with a high in the upper 80s.
WEEKEND - Temperatures will warm back up into the weekend with a slight chance of storms Saturday evening.
