Two Firefighters Injured In Greenville Apartment Fire

GREENVILLE (CBSDFW.COM) - Two firefighters were hurt battling a fire at a Greenville apartment complex Sunday afternoon.
One firefighter fell through the roof and suffered first and second-degree burns to various parts of his body
The firefighter who helped to lift him out after he fell received burns to his hands.
Both were hospitalized and expected to be released soon according to a City of Greenville spokesperson.
The fire happened at the Stoneridge Apartments at 6002 Stonewall.
The City of Greenville says, "one apartment was fully involved and several others were affected."
The Red Cross is there to help displaced residents.
