Governor: Secure Our Border Now

Governor Perry is fed up with the lack of movement on border security.  Governor Perry says no amount of presidential speeches will make the border more secure.  He confronted the Secretary of Homeland Security this week about the lack of National Guard troops being assigned to the Texas/Mexico border and says Congress needs to get serious.  "I'm tired of Washington DC giving lip services to a major major problem in securing our border.  Whether it's the President or whether it's Congress they need to get off their high horse and come from Washington DC and see what's going on on this border  The Governor says he doesn't want to hold the hand of a Texas family whose loved ones have been killed by drug cartels because Washington isn't doing its job.
