Golfer Dies After Golf Cart Rollover
An elderly golfer has died from injuries he suffered last month when his golf cart toppled over into a creek at a North Richland Hills golf course. Dana Sullivan broke his pelvis when the cart overturned at Iron Horse Golf Course on September 23rd. A passing truck driver saw it and stopped to help the 83-year-old Sullivan who was flown to a Fort Worth hospital. He died Friday from what the Tarrant County Medical Examiner calls complications from the pelvic fractures.
