Mark Sormberger is the Founder and Portfolio Manager of Portfolio Cash Flow Management, LLC, an investment advisory firm registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
Mr. Sormberger has actively traded equities and options since 1990.
Prior to founding Portfolio Cash Flow Management, LLC, Mr. Sormberger held several progressively responsible engineering positions for more than 20 years in the aerospace manufacturing industry, including project management positions at both Boeing and Bell Helicopters.
After leaving Bell Helicopter in 2006, Mark focused full-time on implementing a proprietary income generating options strategy developed over 18 years of investing.
Debbie Carter, Account Manager
Ms. Carter currently serves as the account manager of Portfolio Cash Flow Management, LCC, assisting founder Mark Sormberger in generating monthly cash flow for clients through the selling of options (puts and
calls) on stocks and indexes and assisting with the orderly transfer and service of accounts under management with PCFM.  Ms. Carter
currently holds the Series 7, the Series 66 and insurance licenses.
She has had more than 20 years of experience in the financial services and investment banking industries.  Ms. Carter has worked in a senior capacity in the financial services industry with a focus on managing assets and raising capital with a strong emphasis on analysis and research.
