DALLAS (105.3 THE FAN) - Tony Banks has been all over the NFL in the QB position including playing for the Dallas Cowboys, but he was originally drafted in the 2nd round of the 1996 draft by the St. Louis Rams - so he knows what some of the new "draftees" are feeling.
