Fine Fall Weather

It's a fine day for race at the Texas Motor Speedway. Highs will reach into the upper-60's. Not as windy as it was yesterday and nothing but dry pavement for the racers:

DFW hit 46° for a low this morning, the latest into the Fall season we have had to wait until we reached down into the 40's:

Lows tonight will again get down to that range. Clear skies will allow the temps to tumble after sundown:

The next weather maker is currently off the west coast. It'll swing into the Central plains on Tuesday and push a cold front thru north Texas on Wednesday. Right now it appears that the brunt of the storm activity will occur in Wednesday afternoon to the east of the Metroplex. Stay tuned, this system could produce severe weather again for us:

Just one round of rain/storms in the 7-day forecast. We have 52 days to get another 4" plus of rain. That would make 2015 the wettest year on record for north Texas:
