DALLAS COUNTY - Julie Fisk/NewsRadio 1080 KRLD
Lady Antebellum is playing at the American Airlines Center Saturday night so there will be extensive delays on 35E and Woodall Rogers. You'll have the same problem on Sunday when the Dallas Stars play the Nashville Predators at 6pm. You Dallas Mavericks have games at the AAC on Monday and Wednesday nights too, both starting after rush hour though.
Lenny Kravitz is at Verizon Theater Wednesday night, so expect delays on I-30 through Grand Prairie.
The Cupid Dash 10K & 5K gets started at The Shops at Legacy Saturday morning at 8:30 and will travel all around Plano. That will affect traffic all along Tennyson Pkwy & Legacy Drive. If you want to see the exact route the Dash will take, click here.
Various lanes will be closed on Woodall Rogers East & Westbound from 9pm to 6am nightly for work on the deck park. The Woodall Rogers Westbound exit ramp to St. Paul will also be closed daily.
In Collin County, Highway 5 in both directions will be closed from 121 to FM 523. You will be diverted to the 75 Frontage Road from 9:30am to 3:30 daily.
Some lanes of 75 North & Southbound between El Dorado Parkway and White Avenue will be closed Friday and Saturday nights, from 9pm to 6am the following day.

DFW CONNECTOR - MAIN ST CLOSURE CANCELED. Main Street north Hwy 114 was scheduled to be closed in both the north bound and southbound directions this weekend. due to inclement weather the utility work causing the closures had to be rescheduled to a later date. Expect normal delays during regular construction times from 8pm to 6am every day.
CHISHOLM TRAIL PARKWAY - Beginning Feb 17th Westbound Texas 183 traffic will be switched to the new detour, weather permitting. The existing Insurance Lane bridge will be demolished.
NORTH TARRANT EXPRESSWAY - North Loop 820 is almost always a congested area. Expect delays as crews continue to work on the area between Haltom City and North Richland Hills. The frontage road eastbound SH 121/183 at Blackfoot Trail alternating lanes will be closed until Wednesday Feb. 22.
