Events Added To Taste of Dallas

KRLD -- This year's "Taste of Dallas" has added a barbeque competition, fireworks and a VIP area called "Taste The Difference".

"If you have a family and are looking for a fun thing to do this weekend, bring them out to Taste Of Dallas. There are a lot of activities for the kids, there's kid friendly food and there's just a ton of things to see and shop and taste and do," said Rachel Hedstrom with the event.

The "Taste The Difference" area is a separate high-end ticketed event.

"In addition to all the food there is also a ton of entertainment. We've got casinos, we've got a photo booth, we have a painting party...wine glass in one hand and a paint brush in another...see what happens," Rachel added.
