Earthquake Rattles Farmers Branch
FARMERS BRANCH (CBSDFW.COM) - North Texas is rattled by yet another earthquake. This time an earthquake was reported in Farmers Branch.
According to the U.S. Geological Survey's website, the 2.6 magnitude quake happened south of Farmers Branch around 2:30 this morning.
It was the third earthquake recorded in North Texas in the past eight days. So far this year North Texas has felt 52 earthquakes.
