DPD After Aggravated Robbery Suspect

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Dallas Police say Santos Bustos and his brother Jorge Bustos lured a man to their home to discuss an ongoing dispute a week ago, on Thursday, December 10.
Police say when the man arrived both brothers shot at him with assault rifles as he sat in his vehicle.
DPD says the Bustos brothers captured the victim and took him to a nearby back yard where they beat him with their assault rifles and stole his cell phone and car keys.
The victim suffered severe lacerations to his face and fractures.
On Monday, December 14, 2015, search and arrests warrants were executed at the residence of Santos and Jorge Bustos.
Jorge Bustos was arrested. Santos Bustos was not at home and remains at large wanted for aggravated robbery.
