Dallas Police Hope Tattoos Help Identify Homicide Victim

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - The Dallas Police Department is seeking help from the public in identifying a homicide victim.

On July 29, officers responded to a deceased person lying in a vacant field just west of 5600 Riverside Drive.

The victim is a man, however the race was undetermined due to the severe stage of decomposition.

The victim was a wearing a blue and white cotton tube top with straps, blue shorts, and black Nike flip flops.

The victim was also wearing a black wig and sunglasses. He had false fingernails with what appeared to be diamond studs on them with pink tips.

The department has not been able to identify the victim and are asking if anyone recognizes the tattoos that the victim had:

Right shoulder: a heart with the name Willie inside of it and a letter D or hat underneath the name Willie.

Right shoulder: single dice

Right calf: tattoo of the name "Shade"

Right thigh: banner and star
