Dallas Police Searching For Pair Of Car Thieves

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Dallas Police are searching for two men they believe are responsible for a car theft and attempted call theft within a 3-week period.
Police posted surveillance video of the men on YouTube. The video shows two men walking by a 1989 Chevy pickup truck, before one of them returns to look inside the truck's windows and begins to break in. It happened around 3 am at 7925 Hunnicut Road. Police say the video shows one suspect get into the truck and drive off. The other is see following the stolen truck out of the parking lot.
Less than three weeks later, on June 17, at about 1:45 am, police say the same two men tried to steal a 1994 Chevy Suburban at 2117 John West Road. They weren't able to get away with the truck, but caused damage to the steering column. The suspects took off in a black, mid-size, older model 4 door car when a witness yelled at the suspects.
