According to Dallas Police Watson has been located and is safe.

DALLAS (CBSDFW) - Dallas Police are searching for a missing teen that they believe could be a danger to himself and or others.

According to reports 16-year-old John Richard Watson was last seen about 2:00 a.m. Monday in the 4300 block of Woodhollow Drive in the Red Bird area of Dallas.

Watson (5'05", 130 pounds) has black hair with burgundy dreadlocks and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing blue Nike shorts with a white stripe on the side, black Nike sandals and a black sweater jacket with no shirt underneath.
