Dallas Police Need Help Locating Mentally Disabled Man

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - The Dallas Police Department needs help locating a 25-year-old man who, they say, has a diminished mental capacity.

Daniel Villegas Jr. was last seen on Tuesday walking away from his Dallas home, located in the 2700 block of Rimdale Drive – between La Prada Drive and Shiloh Road, just north of Interstate-30. He was wearing a black T-shirt and blue jeans.

According to authorities, Villegas is unable to communicate verbally or in writing, but he does understand his name. Anyone with information on the man's whereabouts is asked to contact the Dallas Police Department at 214-671-4316 or 214-671-4268.
