DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) -- Police have identified a teenaged male who was found dead on Sunday morning in an alley in southwest Dallas.

A jogger contacted police around 7:30 a.m. after finding the body in the 2800 block of W. Brooklyn Avenue. Police were initially unable to identify the victim, but now say the victim is 15-year-old Joe Martinez.

Anyone with information is encouraged to contact 911 or the Dallas Police Department's Crimes Against Persons Division at 214-671- 3661.

Police have not indicated that there are any suspects in the homicide and have not released a motive.
