Dallas Police After Heavily-Tattooed Burglar

DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - Dallas Police have released surveillance photos of a heavily-tattooed man with "EAST DALLAS" written across his back and two solid stars on his upper chest.
Police say the suspect broke into the Bob Davis Fish Market on 2nd Avenue on Tuesday, August 30 around 11:30 p.m.
Police think he may be in the South Dallas area of 2nd Avenue and Metropolitan Avenue.
