Three people have been arrested in this case.
DALLAS (CBSDFW.COM) - A Dallas Police officer and a teenager were taken to the hospital after being hit by a car in the 200 block of Stoneport Monday afternoon.
Police say the officer is in stable condition at Baylor Medical Center with a possible broken leg.
Police say the call came in as a disturbance or possible fight involving 10 to 15 teenagers.
Suspects involved in fight, got into car and drove into officer and teen. Dallas Police have not found vehicle or suspects yet.
The driver who ran over the officer was stabbed in the face last night and it's believed she and others were retaliating against the person who attacked her, according to a reliable police source.
This is a developing story.
