Two-alarm blaze extinguished at Dallas gentleman's club after burning for hours

A fire at gentleman's club in Northwest Dallas is now out, Dallas Fire-Rescue said.

Dozens of firefighters responded to DG's, a gentleman's club on West Northwest Highway and Lombardy Lane, just after 3 a.m. They found heavy smoke coming from the one-story business and went inside, but found the fire was "already in its advanced stages," DFR said in a statement.

The firefighters were pulled from the inside and a second alarm was raised as they worked to "surround and drown out the fire," the statement said.

The fire was extinguished at 7:45 a.m., and the building sustained heavy damage DFR said. No one was inside the club when the fire started and no injuries were reported.

Emergency responders shut down both directions of Northwest Highway as firefighters battled the flames.
