Update: The child has been located at a home in Fort Worth and the mother has been detained.

FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) — Child Protective Services is asking for the public's help in finding a 15-month-old girl, for whom an Amber Alert was issued Sunday evening.

CPS said Twinkle Twinkie Twilight, who is also called Twinkle Miles, was visiting her biological mother in Fort Worth when the mother, known as both Vicki Lynn Miles and Vicki Lynn Dixon, took the child and fled. Twinkle has been in CPS custody since June and has been in foster care.

The Amber Alert said the girl could be in "grave or immediate danger."

Fort Worth police say officers responded to a missing persons call at the intersection of East Lancaster Avenue and Edgewood Terrace around 12 p.m. on Saturday. The temporary foster family told officers Twinkle's biological mother had taken the child without consent or approval from CPS.

Officers responded to another home early Monday morning where the mother had been seen. However, there has been no sign of the missing toddler.

The child has a blue birthmark on her left forearm and possibly a clean-shaven head, CPS said. The Amber Alert says Miles, 42, is driving a red 2001 Chevrolet Trail Blazer with a Texas license plate number MHY236.

Those with information are asked to contact the CPS 24-hour hotline at 800-252-5400, the CPS program director at 214-763-7167 or Fort Worth police at 817-335-4222.
