"Keep this sense of urgency."  That was the message from Wade Phillips after the game last night along with a very cool moment with Jay Ratliff who thanked his teammates for sticking with him this week after the tragic deaths of his grandparents, who basically raised him.

It looks like Jason Witten will be back fairly quickly, but Kyle Kosier's knee injury, while allegedly not as serious as the last time is "more iffy" according to Wade.  Phillips is going to practice the team Wednesday and Thursday and probably give them the weekend off.

Doug Free graded out really well after putting up with Mario Williams all day yesterday.  He is quietly having a very strong start to the season.
