Cowboys Draft Drought Ends With Michael Irvin
The Cowboys got hit with a draft drought in the 1980s as the team missed on multiple first-round picks. But the drought ended in 1988 when Dallas selected wide receiver Michael Irvin out of Miami with the 11th pick in the NFL Draft.
