Cool Morning, Hot Afternoon
Another morning with temperatures in the 60's across north Texas. Lovely start to a summer day. However with ample sunshine and a southeast wind we are going to return to July temperatures:
The run of days in the 70's is over for awhile, probably until this Fall. The last time any DFW July had three days in row of highs in the 70's? Back in 1938 almost a lifetime ago. The next three days look to hit the mid-July average:
We have high pressure building up over the Central Plains this week. This is going to bring back hot and dry weather.
