Consumer Justice: How To Spot Fake Concert Tickets

(CBSDFW.COM) - Adele's concerts are selling out across the country and crooks know it. Now they're selling bogus tickets for big bucks.
Adele fan Kathy Pagliaro couldn't resist the chance to see her favorite singer.
"I just love her. I mean she's beautiful, she sings from her soul deep down," said Pagliaro.
Her daughter, Christine found tickets for $200 each on Craigslist for a concert in Chicago. But the tickets were fake. They looked authentic but Pagiaro said a Ticketmaster employee showed her two red flags that many fake tickets contain.
The lettering on the background should be white, not gray. And each ticket should have a different serial number. Police said it's a big problem, partly because it's easy to print authentic-looking tickets on a high quality printer.
