Coldest Morning in 10 Months!
ANOTHER FREEZE TONIGHT…
This morning was the coldest morning since Feb. 11 at DFW. The low temperatures was 22 degrees! We will have another cold night tonight with temperatures in the mid to upper 20s. Clear skies and light winds will promote good radiational cooling leading to another cold night.
LOW TEMPERATURES FROM THIS MORNING (WEDNESDAY, DEC. 7, 2011)
SLIGHTLY WARMER TOMORROW…
Temperatures will warm into the low 50s tomorrow with lots of sunshine and a light wind turning to the south ahead of our next cold front.
That cold front arrives tomorrow night into Friday morning. No rain with the front but winds will turn back to the north behind the front on Friday reinforcing the cooler air. Highs on Friday will be around 50.
COOL WEEKEND…
Temperatures will top out near 50 degrees on Saturday with a few more clouds. Sunday will be partly cloudy with highs in the low 50s. We could squeeze out a few light rain showers Sunday into Monday but rain chances don't look very good. Average high for this time of year is 59 degrees. So below average temperatures expected thru the weekend.
