Click & Comment: Facebook Profiles For Kids

FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - According to a report in The Wall Street Journal, social networking giant Facebook is considering a plan that would allow children under 13 years of age to have their own online Facebook profile pages. The pages for kids would be under parental supervision, and would let parents control the 'friending' process.

Some parents have already created faux-pages for their newborns or toddlers, and many kids have gotten on Facebook despite age restrictions. But critics argue that the move could put kids at risk, and that children this young have no business living out their lives online. What do you think?
