Adult Killed, Child Critically Injured In Fort Worth Crash

FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - A two car crash in West Fort Worth has claimed the life of one woman and critically injured a child.

The accident happened on Southbound 820 just north of I-30 at about 4:30 pm.

MedStar confirms one adult woman was pronounced dead on the scene. A child was taken to Children's Medical Center with serious injuries.  Two other adults were also injured and taken to local hospitals.

Originally, MedStar told CBS 11 that a child had died in the accident.  They have since corrected that information.
