FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) - Some homeowners in north Fort Worth are worried about a recent string of car break-ins. But they are more worried about what was stolen. Home surveillance cameras captured the thieves in action on Monday night.

It happened near the intersection of Interstate-35W and Golden Triangle Boulevard, in the Saratoga area. Residents in this neighborhood have already been worried about increasing police response times.

In the video, three men are seen roaming around neighborhood streets, looking for unlocked car doors. Those suspects are then seen driving away. It is not clear if the car they used was stolen or if it was their initial getaway vehicle.

The items missing on Tuesday morning included electronics, cash, valuables and guns.

The fact that weapons were among the stolen items has people in the neighborhood very worried. Residents who live in the area fear that this group of suspects could soon drive through again soon, searching for a new target. And this time, they might be armed.

According to the city, it is taking patrol officers nearly 12 minutes to respond to 911 calls in north Fort Worth, up nearly one and a half minutes from last year.

Anyone with information about this case is urged to contact the Fort Worth Police Department immediately.
