Business Woman Nancy E. Jones Receives Great Women Of Texas Award

FORT WORTH (CBSDFW.COM) – North Texas Community Foundation President/CEO Nancy E. Jones has been named one of the Great Women of Texas by Fort Worth Business.

Jones received the Women of Influence Award along with 24 other women. The event honored women in Texas recognized for their significant accomplishments in civic, social, and business endeavors.

"Being named one of the great women of Texas is truly an honor, as I have the utmost respect for Fort Worth Business and the other recipients of this award," states Jones. "I have always been proud to be a woman in business and I commend Fort Worth Business for recognizing the work of my peers."

Jones works closely with fund holders, professional advisors, community leaders and nonprofit agencies to improve North Texas through impactful charitable giving and community leadership.

Her collaborative leadership in North Texas includes the partnership with UNTHSC mobilizing the Pediatric Mobile Clinic and the Project Henry Animal Treatment Ward, where the Community Foundation was recognized by the Mayor's office and the City of Fort Worth.
