Baptist General Convention Of Texas Cutting Jobs
The tough economic times has caused trouble for many businesses...and the Baptist General Convention of Texas is no exception.
Six employees with the Convention's executive board are losing their jobs and seven other positions are being eliminated. The cuts will save the B.G.C.T. more than one million dollars in salary and benefits nest year.
A dozen other positions are being reduced from full-time to part-time....leaving the Convention with a work force 33-percent smaller than it was four years ago
