26-Year-Old Man Arrested For Indecent Exposure

TARRANT COUNTY (CBSDFW.COM) - Police officers in Allen have arrested Joel Frederick Warneking, 26, for allegedly flashing people on a running trail.
Police arrested him at the home he shares with his wife in the 300 block of Watters Road.
Warneking exposed his male genitalia to several people on a running trail in Allen from October 11 - October 24, 2014, according to the police report.
Witnesses alerted police when they saw Warneking on the same trail Friday. He's charged with indecent exposure, which has a maximum punishment of 6 months in jail.
