ROWLETT (CBSDFW.COM) - The arrest affidavit for Rockwall teacher accused of sex assault of a child says the victim was 15.
She says she was raped.
The victim, who used a a pseudonym in the arrest report, says James Smith raped her in a bathroom in his home and threatened to hurt her sister if she told anyone.
The victim says Smith slapped her in the face when she resisted.
