NORTH TEXAS (1080 KRLD) - With the New Year some folks make resolutions to follow a dream. JD Ryan is Around Town with a Grapevine man who did just that and it's paying off nicely.

They say be careful what you pray for, because it might come true. For one Grapevine man his pass time became his professional passion about four months ago.

Richard Rogers had always had an interest in antiques, but then came that day he looked in the window of an empty store front just off Main Street in Grapevine.

"I said man that's it, that's the building as soon as I saw it" said Richard Rogers of The Texas Peddler Antique Mall in Grapevine.
