For the third year The Coyote Drive-In in Fort Worth is turning their pavilion into an actual ice rink for the holiday.  Folks come from all over North Texas to skate outdoors at Panther Island Ice and watch movies on the big screen.

"It's a really neat experience because you've got the Coyote Drive-In Theater so there's always movies to see, but you don't have to have a movie ticket to just come and ice skate" said Shanna Cate of the Trinity River Vision Authority.

This Sunday December 5th they are having a special Dallas Stars event.  "We are going to be giving away Dallas Stars ticket to the first 50 people that come on Sunday and actually post on Facebook about the event.' Shanna added.

December 19th Panther Island Ice will have a Star Wars fireworks show to music to celebrate the opening weekend of Star Wars - The Force Awakens.
