HEAT ADVISORY EXPANDED…

The Heat Advisory that was just in effect for Tarrant and Dallas County has now been expanded to include most of North Texas until Thursday at 9pm.  All the counties in the orange shading are in the Heat Advisory. 

SOME HINT OF RAIN IN THE FORECAST…

It is a small chance but as we move into Friday and Saturday there could be as much as 10% to 20% coverage on pop-up afternoon storms.  This would favor areas east of Dallas.  There is also some indication that Monday thru Wednesday of next week could feature 10% to 20% rain chances as the upper level high that has kept us so hot shifts a little north and allows more moisture to move into North Texas.  Otherwise it will still be hot with temperatures in the triple digits thru next Monday.
